SIR

Am happy you are back home after a safe trip.
Am resending the mail I sent to Edn Directorate. As I mentioned in my sms to you,am sort of disillusioned..first ECCIU not responding and keeping all manuals , then Army webmaster , then this Directorate.I think I stick to my writings and work with ATAB USA..at least they and RIEAS Greece are doing everything to propagate the manual contents in military and law enforcement circles in their respective countries.

I got this offer to revamp airport security.rather I should say redesigning security protocols.Awaiting your permission. But I would have been more comfortable if any Army activity was mooted. You are very right SIR..I need to engage..but my present contacts in MI circles is extremely limited.perhaps your batchmates or erstwhile juniors are in elevated decision making capacity now..in higher echelons of Command.

I need basic infantry training and thereafter an exposure to current int practices , I can assimilate very fast..and then I can configure my writings as per Indian needs.

Any regimental unit here in Kolkata can afford me the required basic training (drills)..the unit commander--it wont be a problem for him to sanction it..be it the Bihar Warriors or the one at Dalhousie Barracks. As for int exposure..nothing can materialise from HQEC here..you are the best judge..with AHQ in close proximity to your office.

Am content now with penning my ideas..my books and Ill await your advice.

Sent you mail earlier..want mom to be happy.

Pranam,

Obediently

Keshav

Sir
 Good Afternoon.and my deep respects,

I will be brief in this email as a lengthy transcript is not appropriate keeping in perspective the daily email correspondence load assigned to your email a/c.
I am engaged in research/studies/tutoring in intelligence/CI/Anti-terrorism/COIN with collaboration from Athens/USA.My brief profile is here Sir , if password is requested please input isrsync
Gen V K Singh (Retd) has advised me I need to engage so that I can increase the efficacy of my writings and hopefully contribute to Indian Army Int Doctrine.
1.The books he went through are there in online format for your kind review:
Actionable Intelligence , Company Level Int Capability , Force Protection and COIN.They have also been published in Greece
Sir,you will find here the mission behind my writings and other int adventures like WAR COLLEGE , TIOCC, humint.n.nu and my blogs including:
2.A question Bank which I wanted to dedicate to MITD Pune as well as these 3 doctrinal manuals has also been compiled. It is attached to this mail plus the course brochure which applies to course IC-01 in WAR COLLEGE, administered by me.
3.I had earlier submitted all my works , 7 manuals in all and certain papers to the ECCIU officer Maj Pandey.Unfortunately he , till to date , didnt have time to go through them , although he said they make interesting reading.I didnt pursue further and sent them to Gen V.K.Singh who has been extremely nice and has evaluated them, recommending a sort of ''engagement'' for me to be fully conversant in int.Am forwarding his email too.I tried reaching Brig Bhatia of MITD (Instructor) but his given contact number returned an error message on my handset.Hence I am writing to you,as Education Branch functions cover the whole gamut of military education and training.
The papers submitted to Maj Pandey are here.Password is isrsync (same password applies to other password protected pages in the site)
ATTACK THE NETWORK concept in battling COIN is here :
There Is More Content I Have Written But As I Said Ill Place Before You Less Information In This First Email(Though I Dont Think You'll Term This Content ''Less''.Am Sorry If It Takes Up Your Time,Sir.At 53 I Think I Can Carry Along Further Another 15 Years , Given My Fitness And Mental Tenacity.Gen Singh Advised Engagement,Am Yet To Request Him To Elaborate Further. But First I Decided To Reach You.

Thank You Very Much Sir,

With Camaraderie,
